About Lesbian Drop In Group

Where ever you are in the coming out process, there is always a place for you in the Lesbian Drop in group. Whether you are new to Wellington or just new to the Gay scene, this is a good place to start.

The group provides a support thru a safe atmosphere for women who are lesbians or think they might be lesbians and would like to explore further. Confidential discussions take place about issues significant to an individual or the group and community as a whole. Since the meetings don’t have a permanent structure, topics can be raised freely.

Need help coming out?

Lesbian Drop-in is a similar support group but for women. We are happy for any women new to the Queer scene in Wellington to join us. No ongoing commitment required. From now until Christmas we'll meet on the first Wednesday of the month, usually at Blondinis cafe/bar at the Embassy Theatre.
